Biography: Tangyou Sun is now an associate professor of Guilin University of Electronic Technology in China. He finished his PhD study in Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics (WNLO) at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2014. After that, he received the support from Marie Curie NanoTRAINforGrowth project financed by the European Union and joined the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) as a post-doctoral researcher in 2015. His research interest includes the design and manufacture techniques, nanomaterials and high efficiency optoelectronic devices (solar cells, LEDs, diode lasers, etc.). As first- and co-author, he has published over 30 SCI journal articles and 15 Chinese patents. Besides, he has received the supports from BaGui Young Scholar Program and Hundred Talents Program of Guangxi province of China in 2018.
