The 9th International Conference on Electronics, Communications and Networks (CECNet2019) has been held successfully during October 18-21, 2019 at Kitakyushu International Conference Center (KICC), Kitakyushu City, Japan.【Oct. 30, 2019】

1. Papers accepted by CECNet2019 conference proceedings have been published in Vol. 320 in the book series: Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications (FAIA). 【Oct.17, 2019】

2. The conference proceedings of CECNet 2018 published in the book series: Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications (FAIA) have been indexed by Ei Compendex within 5 weeks after the publication.【Dec.6.2018】

3. CECNet 2018 was held successfully in conjunction with the 4th International Conference on Fuzzy System and Data Mining (FSDM 2018) during November 16-19, 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand, attracted about one hundred and fifty experts and scholars from all over the world to exchange their new findings in the field.【Nov.19.2018】

Welcome to CECNet2019!
The 9th International Conference on Electronics, Communications and Networks (CECNet2019) will be held in conjunction with the 5th International Conference on Fuzzy System and Data Mining (FSDM2019) in Kitakyushu International Conference Center, Kitakyushu City, Japan during October 18-21, 2019. It is held annually to provide a comprehensive global forum for experts and participants from academia to exchange ideas and present results of ongoing research in the most state-of-the-art areas of electronics technology, communication engineering and technology, wireless communications engineering and technology, computer engineering and technology. The plenary session of CECNet 2019 will include Keynote Speeches, Invited Speeches, Poster Presentations and Oral Presentations.

The past 8 events are successfully held: CECNet2018 in Bangkok, CECNet2017 in Taiwan, CECNet2016 in Macau, CECNet2015 in Shanghai, CECNet2014 in Beijing, CECNet2013 in Xianning, CECNet2012 in Yichang and CECNet2011 in Xianning.

Kitakyushu, located on the northern tip of Kyushu Island. It is the second largest city in terms of population on this island. With views over the Sea of Japan and the Seto Inland Sea, and with forty percent of the city's area comprised of rich forest, it is a city blessed with an abundance of nature. It has many notable attractions include Kokura Castle, the port town of Mojiko Retro, the Hiraodai Limestone Plateau (one of the three major karst plateaus of Japan), and many leisure facilities. Kitakyushu City also has a vast menu of appetizing dishes, such as Kokura beef, and Yaki-udon, as well as many other delicacies harvested from the mountains and sea.
