Panel title: Medical and Health Care System

Abstract: In this panel, we will introduce and discuss a state of the art and trend of medical and health care engineering. Currently, health care system including cloud, grid, and internet is the hottest topic in the world. A lot of institutes are now going to this issue. In the other side, problems between Elderly society and their medical issues must be also solved. These related topics are medical robotics for supporting legs, signal processing technique for monitoring swallowing, supporting technique for disabilities, and the related clinical and nursing art works as well as health care works. In this panel, we first introduce the current topics and issues, and second discuss the future among us, finally we conclude this theme with attendees of floor.
