Professor of San Martin University, Peru；Yonsei University, Korea

Biography: Dr. Yoon graduated from Yonsei University, Korea, and obtained a Ph. D. of electric and electrical engineering. From the early days of his career, he mainly worked as a firmware and microprogramming developer for emulation and network communication. Also he covered multimedia engineering combined robot technologies and firmware for mobile phone. In 2000, established a mobile phone developer company in Korea and exported own branded mobile phone to Europe, Asia, and Latin America market. In 2009, became a visiting professor of Loyola University, USA and in 2011, appointed as a chair professor of San Martin University, Peru as well as appointed as a research professor of Yonsei University, Korea.

He is acting as an expert of mobile phone terminal and communication. Further his research areas are IoT, Machine-learning, Superconducting nuclear fusion, Wind power generator, and Solar PV generation system and recently performing research on O2O platform infrastructure technology, and indoor navigation system using INS combined BLE and WiFi radio map. He wrote up eight books for technologies and presented 400 technology contributions and papers.
