Biography: Guo Zhaoming : was born in 1970.9, He received the M.S. degree from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China, in 1995. He obtained the doctor degree from Beijing Institute of Technology,in 2016. Now he worked in School of Physics and Electronic Information,Yanan University,an associate professor of treatment.In 1995, author Mr. GuoZhaoming began to study the narrow band mobile data communication system in the communication corporation and the development of computer in CCED (China computer and microelectronics development center).Up to now, Mr. Guo also possesses the software programming experience of many years. The paper of the narrow band mobile data communication system once won the good evaluation from Beijing University and Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications. In March 1997, combined with the research experience of narrow band mobile data communication system and the concept of “network computer" raised by ORACLE CEO, Mr. GuoZhaoming raised the concept of “mobile network computer” in CCED before the appearance of mobile Internet. With the coming of mobile Internet, In June 2000 and July 2001, Mr. Guo also published the articles of mobile network computer in “China Computer Newspaper” and “China Wireless Communication”.“China Wireless Communication” marked Mr.Guo providing the concept of “mobile network computer” in the end of paper, perhaps you will find the information in BAIDU. In July 2015 and December 2016, the articles “Mobile Network Computer Should be the Terminal of Mobile Communication Networks”and ”Mobile Network Computer Can Better Describe The Future of Information Society” were published in Wireless personal Communications(SCI media) and China Communications (SCI media) respectively.
